Please note that applications to exhibiting are taken, on average, 4 - 5 months before the exhibition, and sometimes for major events this time period can take up to one year!
But you can still fill-in a form for exhibiting at any time you desire. We will promptly get back to the organizers and try to find the most convenient location of you stand!
In the final cost of exhibiting include:

- Stand requirements (location, equipment, transportation)

- Participation in the program within the exhibition

- The choice of a booth, stand equipment, admission tickets, badges
- Information about the your Company in the exhibition catalogue and on the official web-site of the exhibition
- Registration for participation in the program within the exhibition

- Negotiations on the details of cargo, budget, due dates of payments

- Details of the exhibition stand construction
- Design and construction of exclusive and non-standard expositions in accordance with your requests
